1. Charge the In&box

The In&box can be charged using the included Micro USB or USB-C cable and a USB charger (not included). The approximate charging time is 2 to 3 hours.

You can check that the In&box is fully charged by connecting it to a power source with the provided USB cable. The battery LED should turn green, indicating the In&box is 100% charged.

2. Connect the In&box to the My In&box mobile app and update it

To connect the In&box to your mobile app, simply turn on the In&box, open the mobile app, and log into your user account.

Before performing the update, make sure the “My In&box” app is up to date on the Apple Store or Google Play.

Then, follow these steps:

  • Remove the In&box from your airbag vest and turn it on (without connecting it).

  • Open the My In&box app on your smartphone or tablet.

  • The “In&box Update” tab will open automatically: click “Update.”

  • Allow the connection between your phone and the In&box.

  • The update will start: the In&box will flash blue during installation.

  • Once complete, the In&box will emit a sound and flash green to confirm the update was successful.

3. Check that your subscription is up to date

You can check that your subscription is current by accessing your user area on our website or through the “My In&box” mobile app. If your last payment failed, an email will be sent automatically to update your payment method.

4. Reset the In&box

  • If the In&box serial number starts with 54: Slide the side switch to “OFF,” wait 5 seconds, then slide it to “ON.”

  • If the In&box serial number starts with 63: Press the side “Reset” button with a pointed object and hold it for 5 to 8 seconds. Then release the side button and double-click the central button.
