How to change my bank details?

Have you changed your payment method or has it expired?

 

Change my bank details via the app

  • In the My In&box app, go to the "My Account" tab > "Means of payment".
  • Click on "Change my payment method", enter your bank details and save.

Change my bank details via the website

Simply go to your user account on our website in the "Payment Methods" tab and directly update your bank details.

If the payment of your subscription fails because your credit card or SEPA is no longer valid, you will receive an email notification. You will then need to update your payment details in order to complete the payment, otherwise the In&box will be blocked. Once this is done, don’t forget to connect the In&box to your mobile app or Wi-Fi network to ensure the payment is registered and the In&box is not blocked.
