Have you changed your payment method or has it expired?
Change my bank details from the app
- In the My In&box app, go to the "My account" tab > "Payment and billing".
- Click on "Billing" and go to the "My payment method" tab.
- Click on "Edit this card" or "Edit my SEPA payment method", enter your banking information, and save.
Change my bank details from the website
Simply go to your user account on our website under the tab: “My account” > “Payment methods” and directly update your banking information.
If your subscription payment fails because your credit card or SEPA is no longer valid, an email will be sent to you. You will need to update your banking details to proceed with the payment, otherwise, the In&box will be blocked. Once done, don't forget to connect the In&box to your mobile app or Wi-Fi network to ensure it registers the correct payment for your subscription and is not blocked.
