How do I add or replace an airbag product on my In&motion account?

Do you have a new airbag product (vest, jacket, suit, etc.) and want to use it with your In&box? There are two options:

• You are keeping your old airbag product and want to use both: follow the Add a new airbag product section.
• You will no longer use your old airbag product: follow the Replace an old airbag product section.

Before you start

• Go to the My In&box app and sign in to your user account.
• Keep the serial number of your new airbag product handy.

Add a new airbag product

Your old airbag product remains paired: you can use the In&box with either one.

1. Turn on the In&box and connect it to the My In&box app.
2. From the home page, open the “Equipment” tab.
3. In the “Equipment” section, tap “Add”.
4. Scan the serial number of your new airbag product and follow the on-screen instructions.

Your two airbag products are now paired with the In&box. You can pair several airbag products with the same In&box.

Replace an old airbag product

First remove the old airbag product from your account, then pair the new one.

1. From the app’s home page, open the “Equipment” tab.
2. In the “In&box” section, tap “Unpair”.
   The In&box and your old airbag product are unpaired from your user account.
3. Repeat the pairing procedure using the serial number of your new airbag product.

Your equipment is ready to use!

Is your new product the wrong size?

Go to the retailer where you purchased it to see whether it can be exchanged for a suitable size.
