Would you like to take a break without cancelling? You can suspend your monthly Revolution membership for 1 to 4 months. Your In&box stays with you, and your membership automatically resumes at the end of the suspension period.
Why choose suspension instead of cancellation?
Suspension is simpler and more economical:
- No cancellation or new subscription: your membership is automatically reactivated at the end of the selected period.
- No shipping fees: you keep the In&box, without having to return it to us.
- A reduced rate for the entire suspension period (€4 instead of €12).

Suspend my monthly membership from the My In&box app
- Open the My In&box app on your smartphone.
- Go to the My account tab.
- Click My membership, then Suspend.
- Choose the suspension period from the drop-down list (1, 2, 3 or 4 months).
- Confirm your request.
📅 Important: your request must be made within the 30 days before your plan’s renewal date.

What you need to know before suspending
Duration: from a minimum of 1 month to a maximum of 4 months, calculated over a rolling year.
Your airbag will not work. During the suspension, all the features of your airbag system are disabled. Your In&box will not deploy in the event of a fall.
Your additional modes: if you have an additional monthly mode, it is suspended at the same time as your main mode.
Your current offers: if you benefit from a promotional offer, it ends when the suspension begins. When your membership resumes, your Revolution plan will be charged at the standard rate.
Early resumption: you can reactivate your membership at any time during the suspension.
⚠️ An additional €8 will then be charged. During the suspension, you pay €4 per month instead of €12. If you resume before the end of the suspension month, that month is charged at the regular rate: you therefore pay the €8 difference (€4 + €8 = €12).
