If you have subscribed to a monthly Revolution plan, it is possible to suspend your membership for 1 to 4 months per year if you wish.
However, if you prefer, it is possible to resume a membership that is currently suspended. We explain below how to proceed.
Resume My Membership from the My In&box Mobile App
To resume an ongoing suspension, go to the My In&box app. Once on the dashboard, click on the "My Account" tab in the taskbar located at the bottom of the screen.
As you can see in the image, it says "Resume", provided your membership has indeed been suspended previously. Simply press the button to instantly reactivate your membership.
⚠ Warning: While your membership is suspended, a reduced monthly fee will be charged. If you choose to resume your membership before the suspension period ends, the difference between the suspension fee and the regular subscription fee will be billed.
⚠ Warning: Also note that when you resume your membership before the suspension period ends, the originally planned suspension months will not be deducted unless the suspension is resumed mid-month. (Example: you suspend for 4 months but resume after 2.5 months, leaving you with one month available for future suspension).
