How do I cancel my additional detection mode?

The additional detection modes can be subscribed to in addition to your main detection mode chosen as part of the In&motion membership (Revolution plan or Classic plan).

Whether you opted for a monthly or annual plan, you have the option to cancel your additional modes without canceling your membership.

Cancellation is possible at the end of your commitment period, and no refunds will be given for early cancellation (i.e., a cancellation that occurs before the next due date of your option).

For example: If you subscribed to your additional mode with an annual payment on 01/21/2021, the renewal of your additional mode will take place on 01/21/2022. Therefore, you must notify your intent to cancel before 01/21/2022.

 

Canceling your additional modes

Cancel from the app

You can cancel your additional modes directly via your "My Account" section in the "My In&box" app. The cancellation will take effect on the due date of the membership.

Cancel from the customer portal on the website

You can cancel your additional modes via your customer portal on our website by going to the "My Membership" tab.

 

Re-subscribing to an additional mode

Subscribe from the app

  • Log in to the "My In&box" app.
  • Click on "My Account."
  • Click on "Add the option..." for the desired additional mode.

Subscribe from the customer portal on the website

  • Log in to your customer portal on our website.
  • Click on "My Membership."
  • Click on the "+" next to the desired additional mode.
