Additional detection modes can be subscribed to in addition to the main detection mode chosen as part of the In&motion subscription (Revolution or Classic package).
Whether you have opted for a monthly or annual package, you can cancel the additional modes without terminating your subscription.
Cancellation is possible at the end of the commitment period and no refund will be possible in the event of early cancellation (i.e. if cancellation takes place before the next additional mode expiry date).
For example: if you subscribed to your complementary mode by choosing an annual direct debit on 21/01/2021, the renewal of the complementary mode will take place on 21/01/2022. You must therefore notify us of your wish to cancel before 21/01/2022.

Cancellation from the application
You can cancel the complementary modes directly via the ‘My account’ > ‘My formula’ area of the My In&box application. Cancellation will take effect on the subscription expiry date.

You can cancel the additional modes from your customer area on our website, by accessing the ‘My subscription’ tab.
