My In&box App Statistics Feature: What You Need to Know

Your My In&box app allows you to view various data related to your rides, such as the distance traveled. This information is primarily for reference purposes: it helps you track and better understand your riding habits.

How to display the latest ride data?

If your ride data does not fully appear in the Statistics tab, we recommend performing a complete synchronization of your In&box.
Once the synchronization is complete, click on the refresh icon (a rounded arrow) located at the top right of the screen.

If, despite this action, your latest distance data still does not appear, please contact us via this contact form.

A normal margin of error with no impact on your safety

If you notice differences in the recorded distances, please keep in mind that the mileage displayed in the app may vary slightly compared to your odometer or other applications. This does not indicate a malfunction: the Statistics feature is not designed to be as precise as an official odometer, but rather to provide you with an estimate of the miles you have traveled.

These figures are therefore for informational purposes only and do not represent the miles over which you are protected. Your safety is in no way linked to these statistics.

The one and only reference confirming that you are protected is the In&box Inflator LED, lit in green. As long as this LED remains green, you can ride with full confidence: your system is fully operational and ready to intervene if necessary.
