The My In&box mobile application allows you to activate the In&box and access your dashboard in real time.
Download and install the My In&box application from the AppStore (iOS version) or from Google Play (Android version).
The My In&box application is currently only compatible with the following phones:
- iOS from version 16.6
- Android from version 8.0
It is compatible with an Apple Watch from version 8.7.
Connecting to the My In&box application
To connect the In&box to your mobile application, simply turn on the In&box, launch the mobile application, and log in to your user account.
For first-time use, log in with your username and password previously generated when creating your user account. The application will then search for the nearby powered-on In&box to connect to it via the activation procedure.
Once activated, the In&box is autonomous and does not need to be connected to the mobile application to function.

ON/OFF button
You can now turn your In&box on or off directly from the My In&box mobile application!
- Make sure your mobile application and the In&box are up to date.
- Turn on the In&box for the first time via the central button on the box.
- Go to the My In&box application, log in to your account, and pair the In&box.
- Go to the “Settings” tab then “Application Preferences.”
- Activate the “Remote On/Off” feature.
- You can now turn your In&box on and off directly from the application!
Attention: If you have enabled the “In&box status” notifications, they will be disabled when putting the In&box to sleep via the application button. You can reactivate them when you turn the In&box back on.
Attention: If the In&box has been turned off via the central button, the side button, or because the battery is completely discharged, you will not be able to turn it back on via the mobile application.
Attention: for the ON/OFF button to work, the In&box must not be scanning or synchronizing.
