Cancellation Terms
To process your cancellation request, it is essential to return the In&box to us by registered mail. If you subscribed to the Revolution plan, termination is only possible at the end of your contract term (1 year for the annual Revolution plan, 1 month for the monthly Revolution plan). In the event of early termination of an annual plan, no refunds will be issued.
Note: If you have a monthly Revolution plan and wish to stop using the bike for a period but do not want to cancel, you have the option to suspend your subscription for 2, 3, or 4 months. For more details, you can refer to our General Terms and Conditions of Sale or our General Terms and Conditions of Rental.
Return Procedure
- Return the In&box: Send the In&box back, protected and in good condition (if possible in its original box and without accessories), by registered mail. The postmark will serve as proof to validate the respect of the deadline for your commitment period.

Cancellation form: Print and fill out the cancellation form, and include it in the package when returning the In&box.
- Receipt confirmation: Once the In&box is received at our premises, you will automatically receive an email confirming the receipt of the package. Our team will then check the condition of the product. When necessary, we will contact you for any further details.
For example:
For an annual Revolution membership subscribed on 21/06/2020 and intended for cancellation in March 2025:
- Return the In&box in good condition before 21/06/2025 (postmark serves as proof).
- Upon receipt and validation of the product's condition, your cancellation will be processed.
