If you've bought an airbag product but the size doesn't suit you, simply visit your local retailer to see if it's possible to exchange your product for a suitable size.

Pairing the In&box with my new airbag product

Add a new airbag product to the In&box

If you already have an In&box, simply unpair your old airbag product and pair the new one:

Go to the My In&box mobile app and log in to your user account.
Turn on the In&box and connect it to the mobile app.
From the app’s home page, go to the “Equipment” tab, then in the “Equipment” section, click “Add”.

Scan the airbag vest number by following the on-screen instructions to complete the pairing.

Once the process is complete, both of your airbag products will be paired with the In&box.
You can pair multiple airbag products.

Your equipment is now ready to use!

Replace an old airbag product with a new one

If you no longer wish to use your old airbag vest and want to pair a new airbag vest, please follow the instructions below:

From the app’s home page, go to the “Equipment” tab, then in the “In&box” section, click “Unpair.”

The In&box and your old airbag vest are now unpaired from your user account.
Repeat the pairing procedure by entering the serial number of your new airbag product.
