The My In&box mobile app allows you to activate the In&box and access your dashboard in real-time.
Download and install the My In&box app from the AppStore (iOS version) or from Google Play (Android version).
The My In&box app is currently compatible only with the following phones:
- iOS from version 14
- Android from version 8.0
It is compatible with an Apple Watch from version 7.2.
Connecting to the My In&box app
To connect the In&box to your mobile app, simply turn on the In&box, launch the mobile app, and log in to your user account.
For first-time use, log in with the username and password you generated when creating your user account. The app will then search for the powered-on In&box nearby to connect via the activation procedure.
Once activated, the In&box is autonomous and does not need to be connected to the mobile app to function.

Dashboard
The app's dashboard allows you to access the following features:
- Mode switching
- Activity switching (arrows at the top right)
- Connecting to the airbag system
- Battery level
- ON/OFF button
- In&box
- In&box update status
- Configured Wi-Fi networks
- My Equipment
- In&box and airbag system connected
- Procedure after inflation
ON/OFF Button
You can now turn the In&box on or off directly from the My In&box mobile app!
- Make sure that your mobile app and the In&box are up to date.
- Turn on the In&box for the first time using the central button on the box.
- Go to the My In&box app, log in to your account, and pair the In&box.
- Go to the "Settings" tab, then "App Preferences".
- Enable the "Remote ON/OFF" feature.
- You can now turn your In&box on and off directly from the app!
Note: If you have activated "In&box Status" notifications, they will be disabled when the In&box is put into sleep mode via the app's button. You can re-enable them when you turn the In&box back on.
Note: If the In&box has been turned off via the central button, side button, or because the battery is completely drained, you will not be able to turn it back on via the mobile app.
Note: For the ON/OFF button to work, the In&box must not be scanning or in the synchronization phase.
