It is entirely possible to travel with your In&motion airbag system!
However, make sure to turn off your system during any transport when the airbag product is not worn (e.g., top case)! To do this, double-click the central button on the In&box or remove the In&box from the airbag product to deactivate it during transport.
If you have the ON/OFF side latch on the left side of the In&box, slide it to OFF.
By plane
It is possible to take the plane with your In&motion airbag product while ensuring that it is well protected and cannot be triggered during transport.
For electronic airbags:
- Carry the airbag system in your hand or checked baggage (without the In&box).
- Carry the switched-off In&box in your hand luggage.
- Carry the extra inflators in their original packaging in your hand or checked baggage.
For mechanical airbags:
- Carry the airbag system in your hand or checked baggage.
- Carry the extra gaz cartridges in your hand or checked baggage.
We recommend that you attach the following documents to your airbag product:
- User manual of your airbag product
- User manual of the In&box (for electronic airbags)
- Specific documentation for the transport of an In&motion airbag by plane
- Written authorization from the airline
In&motion declines all responsibility in case of refusal to transport the In&motion airbag system by an airline company at any time.
