You have subscribed to an In&motion membership and would like to change your plan? You can do this yourself from the My In&box mobile app.
- Open the My In&box app and tap the My account tab in the menu bar at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap My membership, then Change plan.
- The available plans are displayed. Tap Subscribe under the plan you want:
- to switch to monthly: In&box Revolution (€12/month);
- to switch to annual: In&box Revolution (€120/year);
- to purchase the In&box: In&box Classic (price based on your membership length)
- A confirmation screen is displayed. Read and accept the terms and conditions, then tap the confirmation button.
When does the change take effect?
Annual Revolution plan → monthly: your new plan takes effect at the end of your current membership year. Until then, you keep your annual plan.
Monthly Revolution plan → annual: your new plan takes effect on your next monthly renewal date, that is, at the end of your current membership month. Until then, you keep your monthly plan.
Classic plan: You can switch to the Classic plan at any time, and the change takes effect immediately.
Things to know before changing
Revolution: With the monthly plan, you can pause your membership up to 4 times a year. This option is not available with the annual plan.
Classic: you become the owner of your In&box, at a price that depends on your membership length (learn more). You keep your additional modes, but lose the services included in the Revolution plan, such as the lifetime warranty and the Liberty Rider service.
