It is possible to replace your main detection method chosen when you signed up. This is only possible once per period, i.e. once a year with the annual Revolution package or once a month with the monthly Revolution package. On the other hand, this change is only possible once with the Classic package.
Please note: You can only make this change to the main mode if this mode is not already active as a secondary mode. Otherwise, you will need to cancel the secondary mode before switching it to the main mode.
Replace my main detection mode
- To make this replacement, simply go to the "My In&box" mobile app, in the "My Account" tab.
- In the "Mode included in your membership" section, click "Edit", choose the desired mode, and confirm your choice.
- Once you have selected the mode, please connect the In&box to your app for the mode change to take effect.
Change mode according to my practice
Depending on the detection modes subscribed to, you can, using the "My In&box" mobile app, switch detection modes according to your practice.
- Launch the "My In&box" mobile app and log in to your account.
- Turn on the In&box and connect it to your app.
- Select the mode that suits your current practice.
- To switch from one mode to another, the mobile app will display a confirmation pop-up:
“Warning, you are about to change the mode! Each detection mode is designed to be adapted to a specific practice.”
- A different sound will be heard when you turn on the In&box, indicating the mode change.
Don’t forget to change your mode when you change your use!
