How do I purchase the In&box if I have a Revolution plan?
You have a Revolution plan and want to become the owner of your In&box and switch to the Classic plan:
In&motion gives you the option of becoming the owner of your In&box and switching to the Classic plan at any time while keeping your current additional modes. However, you will lose certain benefits of the Revolution plan.
You can purchase the In&box at any time at a decreasing price. The purchase price of the In&box decreases every six months of your membership. To view the purchase price available to you, open your mobile app, go to the "My account" tab, and click "Upgrade" in the section for your plan. The price will then be displayed on the red "Plan: Classic membership" button.
How do I change plans?
Open the My In&box app and go to the "My account" tab.
- Click the "My membership" section.
- Click the "Upgrade" button in the section for your plan.
- Select the "In&box Classic" plan, then click the "Subscribe" button to change your membership.
- Go to the bottom of the page and confirm the membership change by clicking the "to plan In&box Classic" button.
- You are now on the Classic plan and are the owner of your In&box.
What conditions must be met to benefit from this purchase option?
- You must have an active In&motion Revolution plan (membership including In&box rental).
- The suspension period counts towards the total time during which you have been active; however, you cannot purchase the In&box if your account is currently paused. You will need to reactivate your membership before you can purchase the In&box.
- However, if in the meantime you had cancelled your Revolution membership by returning the In&box to us, the option to change your membership to the Classic plan will depend on the actual cumulative number of months of your Revolution membership. To do this, refer to the purchase price available in your customer account.
- Your In&motion payments must be up to date.
What changes to your In&motion plan will occur when you become the owner?
- You will continue to have access to software updates for the In&box and the My In&box app at no extra cost.
- Your additional modes will remain active. You can now purchase them for life or cancel them at any time.
- You will no longer benefit from the unlimited warranty for the In&box.
- You will no longer benefit from the In&motion emergency call service, in partnership with Liberty Rider. To continue benefiting from it, you will need to subscribe to the paid option (the price is available in your My In&box mobile app under the "My account" tab).
- You will no longer be able to switch back to the Revolution plan (In&box rental).
