The Liberty Rider emergency call is a service offered by In&motion in collaboration with Liberty Rider, designed to enhance the safety of eligible motorcyclists during their rides, both in France and across Europe.

Conditions to access the service

This service is available to customers who meet all of the following conditions:

1. Billing address

The billing address associated with your account must be located in one of the following countries:

• France

• Belgium

• Italy

2. Phone number

You must provide a phone number from one of the following countries:

• France (including overseas territories)

• Belgium

• Italy

3. Activated detection mode

One of the following detection modes must be enabled:

• Moto – Road

• Mode – Adventure

• Mode – Adventure Race

• Mode – MX

4. Countries covered by Liberty Rider protection

Once all these conditions are met, the rider is covered by Liberty Rider in the following countries:

• France & Overseas Departments and Regions

• Portugal

• Spain

• Italy

• Austria

• Germany

• Luxembourg

• Belgium

• Netherlands

• Switzerland

Protection designed for traveling riders

When you are in contact with emergency services, they must be able to communicate with you during an accident alert.
Liberty Rider thus protects riders who speak one of the languages supported by its call center.

Some concrete examples:

• A French rider who has an accident in Italy will be assisted by the emergency call network.

• A Belgian rider riding in Portugal will receive the same level of protection.
