The Liberty Rider emergency call is a service offered by In&motion in collaboration with Liberty Rider. It enhances motorcyclists’ safety during their journeys, in France and throughout Europe.
The way it works is simple: the service is reserved for customers in four countries (France, Belgium, Italy and Germany), who are then protected in ten European countries.
Who can benefit from the service?
The service is available to customers who meet all three of the following conditions.
1. Your billing address
The billing address associated with your account must be located in one of the following countries:
- France
- Belgium
- Italy
- Germany
2. Your telephone number
You must provide a telephone number corresponding to one of the following countries:
- France (including the DROM)
- Belgium
- Italy
- Germany
Please note: New Caledonia is not eligible for the Liberty Rider service.
3. Your detection mode
One of the following detection modes must be activated:
- Mode – Road
- Mode – Adventure
- Mode – Adventure Race
- Mode – MX
Where are you protected?
When these three conditions are met, you benefit from Liberty Rider protection in the following countries:
- France and Overseas Departments and Regions (DROM)
- Portugal
- Spain
- Italy
- Austria
- Germany
- Luxembourg
- Belgium
- The Netherlands
- Switzerland
A few specific examples
- A French motorcyclist who has an accident in Italy will be assisted by the emergency services call chain.
- A Belgian motorcyclist riding in Portugal will benefit from the same level of protection.
Why these countries?
In the event of an accident, the emergency services must be able to communicate with you throughout the alert. Liberty Rider therefore protects motorcyclists who speak one of the languages supported by its call centre.
