You are free to buy or sell your second-hand airbag product to a third party. However, the In&box can only be transferred if the seller purchased it previously under the Classic plan.
If the seller chose a Revolution plan (monthly or annual), the In&box is rented and remains property of In&motion. It cannot be sold along with the airbag until the current owner has purchased it.
How to verify the plan that was initially subscribed to (Classic or Revolution)
To check whether your current plan is Classic (purchase) or Revolution (rental), log in to your account on the website or the My In&box app, then go to the "My Subscription" section where the name of your subscribed plan is displayed.
I have a Revolution plan
Once this change (from rental to ownership) is completed, they will own the In&box and can then sell the entire airbag system without having to return the In&box to In&motion.
If they choose to cancel their subscription (monthly or annually) at the end of their commitment period. they must return the In&box to us for the cancellation to take effect. In this case, you will not be able to purchase the In&box along with the airbag product. To make your system functional, you will need to create an account, subscribe to a plan of your choice, and order a new In&box.
To create your account:
- Click on "Subscription".
- Select the plan and options of your choice.
- Click on "Yes, add to my cart".
- Enter your account details.
- Enter your payment information and finalize your subscription by clicking on "Subscribe".
I have a Classic plan
If you wish to buy a used airbag system from someone who has subscribed to the Classic plan, you must contact us o inform us that you are the new owner of the airbag product and the In&box.
Since each In&box is linked to a user account, this step is necessary for us to manually update the ownership.
We need the following information:
- Your first and last name
- Your email address
- Your postal address
- Your phone number

Precautions before purchase
The system is designed to withstand 3 or 5 inflations, depending on the product. Before purchasing a used airbag system, make sure the product is in good condition and has not exceeded the maximum allowed number of inflations.

We strongly recommend that the current owner carry out a complete inspection of the airbag vest before the sale to ensure its integrity. The inspection must be performed according to the instructions in the user manual.
Regarding the warranty for a second-hand airbag product, please refer to the corresponding user manual.
The In&box warranty is limited to 2 years from the date of purchase (if the In&box was acquired) and remains tied to its original owner.
